Today a review of an offline training journal from Believe I am. This company is ran by two Olympic runners Lo & Ro and after having both successful careers they decided that all the mind tricks the pro’s use should be available for amateur runners. They created fun and girly products with original designs and loads of visual cues that come down to the main principle: tend your mental garden and you will achieve your goals. So does it work? Review | My ASICS
Because I didn’t stick to my last running schedule due to straining my ankle and shin, and work getting in the way, I made an new My ASICS schedule. In this post I will explain how you can make your own My ASICS schedule. Continue reading
Hula hoop workout
Dus vandaag inspiratie video’s!
As I told you before, I had to get hula hooping again. Hula hooping is great fun and a great core excersise but after 10 minutes of hooping I usually get bored, so today’s post contains quick fun videos of how to hula hoop! Continue reading
A quick update on my running, or as the title says, my lack of running. Due to my shin and ankle ‘injury’ I haven’t gone on a run in two weeks and working out in the gym is also non existent: too hot, work etc. (thankfully my work is not behind a computer or desk so I still walk, lift etc.) But that’s going to change! This Friday my boyfriend and I are going canoeing for two hours, so that is at least one workout this week. I also need to get hulaa hooping and do exercises with my dumbbells and jump rope since they have been gathering quite a lot of dust.
