I started with a Adidas MiCoach training to improve my running technique this week and it is quite easy (a bit too easy if you ask me) but the workouts build up so I guess I’ll be fine. I did that three times this week and did yoga twice: I find that I’m starting to need my yoga and meditation! On a sadder note: although I meditated and did yoga, I couldn’t really find my flow so I completed the sessions but not the way I wanted it. Well, I hope I can be more relaxed next week!
You don’t see the Sunday’s filled in but that’s because I write this post before I do my Sunday workout (or I give myself the weekend off ;)).
