No lists anymore: just a photo with some remarks.

As you can see I’ve been doing yoga (today’s session will be tonight I guess) and it made me stronger, more toned and I can almost do the downward dog with my heels on the floor!

Tomorrow I will start with a Adidas MiCoach training to improve my running technique. I will continue doing yoga about twice a week or more if I feel like it.
